As an accredited Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach my primary focus is on enhancing your communication skills. After being in a relationship for an extended period of time, when our lives are busy and time constrained our communication with our partners can become somewhat abbreviated or even careless.

Neutrality. As an impartial expert I can support you both in both hearing and listening to each other. I will help guide you towards solutions that meet both of your needs, where no one experiences loss. I aim to create a safe environment in which you both can reconnect allowing you to develop strategies to express and understand each other’s needs.

Methodology. I work with you as a couple and as individuals to make changes to behaviours that are destructive to your relationship by using NLP techniques to reframe limited belief systems and empower you to regain control of your own happiness rather than being dependent on your partner’s behaviour.

We establish the way you both interpret each others requests, as once we understand how we interpret dialogue we can start to control our own feelings and subsequent behaviour.

Benefits. By learning to communicate you will be able to learn to show compassion, address trust issues and set boundaries. Better communication allows you diffuse damaging thoughts and enhance emotional intimacy. It is also essential for successful co-parenting and hopefully will allow you to re experience the fulfilment of a healthy primary relationship.



I alternate working one week with you as a couple and the following as individuals. I find that this rhythm allows for a faster and longer

lasting recovery.
